Our Aesthetics Membership Terms apply to all Aesthetics Members at any West End Dental practice.

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all Aesthetics Membership plans offered by West End Dental Holdings Ltd (“West End Dental”) and its subsidiary companies.
1.2 Aesthetics Membership is a scheme providing regular facial aesthetic treatments over a 12-month period, together with additional discounts, specified under Benefits and Definitions.
You can access the current version of these Terms and Conditions from a member of our Customer Care Team or our website at www.westend-dental.com/membership-terms-aesthetics.
1.3 All services delivered by West End Dental, including Aesthetics Membership, are delivered in accordance with our “Terms of Business”, available in writing from a member of our Customer Care Team or at our website at www.westend-dental.com/terms.
1.4 A patient must be aged 18 or over to join Aesthetics Membership.
2.1 By entering into an Aesthetics Membership plan, Members are committing to a “Minimum Membership Period” of twelve (12) months, subject to the “Cooling Off Period” (per clause 2.3).
2.2 Aesthetics Members are entitled to the benefits of the Aesthetics Membership plan from the date their application is accepted by the West End Dental practice (the “Commencement Date”) until the plan is terminated by either party.
2.3 Members have a fourteen (14) day Cooling Off Period from the date they complete their Aesthetics Membership application form in which to cancel their Aesthetics Membership. If a Member cancels their Aesthetics Membership within this period any payment they have made towards Aesthetics Membership will be refunded in full, provided they have not accessed any benefits available under Aesthetics Membership.
2.4 Cancellation within the Cooling Off Period can be actioned by the Member emailing us at info@westend-dental.com or writing to us at Membership Services, West End Dental, 104 Conway Road, Colwyn Bay LL29 7LL.
2.5 All payments under Aesthetics Membership plans are non-refundable, save for the provisions of clause 2.3.
2.6 It is the responsibility of Aesthetics Members to avail themselves of the benefits of Aesthetics Membership. West End Dental shall not accept any responsibility, nor offer any refunds, for a Member’s failure to access the benefits available to them.
2.7 Appointments offered as a benefit of Aesthetics Membership are subject to our cancellation policy, per our Terms of Business. We reserve the right to make charges for appointments missed or cancelled at short notice.
3.1 Following the Minimum Membership Period of twelve (12) months, Aesthetics Membership shall renew automatically on each anniversary of the Commencement Date (the “Renewal Date”).
3.2 West End Dental will not issue revised documentation or remind a Aesthetics Member of renewal except where there is a variation to the plan’s pricing, terms and conditions or benefits.
3.3 After the Minimum Membership Period, three (3) month’s notice in writing is required to terminate Aesthetics Membership. Notice can be provided by e-mail to info@westend-dental.com from the registered e-mail address on file for the Member, or by writing to us at Membership Services, West End Dental, 104 Conway Road, Colwyn Bay LL29 7LL. Valid notice must include the Member’s full name and their date of birth.
3.4 West End Dental reserves the right to vary or make changes to Membership, these terms and conditions, and the benefits available after giving 30 days’ notice of any such change.
3.5 Where an Aesthetics Member cancels their Membership, their entitlements will be pro-rated.
4.1 Aesthetics Membership is restricted to the West End Dental practice specified on a Membership application, and Aesthetics Membership benefits cannot be transferred to any other West End Dental practice without our explicit permission.
5.1 All notices under these Terms and Conditions shall be issued by email to the registered e-mail address for the Member, or if no e-mail address is provided in writing to the last known address.
6.1 A person who is not a party to this contract has no rights under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these terms and conditions or the provisions of the Policy Document.
7.1 These Terms and Conditions and the policy document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.

Discounts are available for a single Facial Aesthetics treatment, not delivered as part of a membership entitlement. Discounts apply to one treatment only on each occasion.
Membership is designed for the delivery of treatments on a regular schedule. Treatments indicated once per year will normally be delivered every 12 months. Treatments included 4 times per year will normally be delivered every 3 months. The timetable for delivering treatment is solely at the discretion of the attending treatment.
