When you sign up for Membership, we send your Patient ID to you via SMS and email.

Your Patient ID is also included in many of the emails, texts or letters we send to you regarding our service.

If you cannot find your Patient ID, simply contact our Customer Care Team and they will be happy to help.

There is no limit to the amount of people you can refer, although a fair use policy applies.

No, you should only refer people known to you personally.

Advertising your Patient ID to the general public for example is not permitted.

We review all referrals and reserve the right to withdraw benefits where we suspect fraud or abuse.

To be eligible to refer a friend you must be a current Member of West End Dental and be up to date with your Membership and other payments.

To receive referral benefits your friend or family member must sign up to Membership with West End Dental on or after 18 October 2023 using your Patient ID. This ID must be used as a 'coupon' at the time of registration; it cannot be applied retrospectively.

Only referrals made on or after 18 October 2023 can be accepted. This promotion does not apply to referrals made prior to this.

Only adult patients can refer. Referral credits will apply to child memberships where the patient joining is a child.

Note, members of schemes administered by Practice Plan and Denplan are not eligible.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so. We reserve the right to remove or amend this promotion at any time.

Patients are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon using the promotion.
